The flexibility of our rental options is one of the most appreciated aspects of our venue, as you can bring all your own refreshments or have our coffee bar cater to you with a variety of beverages and tasty bakery items.
You will enjoy our seasonal decor and a wide variety of seating options including couches, tables, chairs, bistro sets and more.

What’s included:
Your rental includes self-serve access to additional tables, chairs, linens, and decor. Facility cleaning is also included with the weekday rental rates above.
The Atrium can facilitate needs of all kinds and host groups of up to 150 people. There are three gender-neutral washroom stalls and one accessible washroom equipped with a baby change table. The Atrium opens up to the main parking lot and access to the backyard. It is equipped with an AV/multimedia sound system and Wi-Fi.
The facility is a self-serve facility in regard to set up and take down. Simply return it to the condition in which it was received, and we will do the rest. Set up and take down are included in your access time. If more time is required please contact us for an hourly rate.
