THE ATRIUM
PRICING.

  • The Atrium is appropriate for up to 150 people for a standing reception or auditorium seating and up to 100 people for banquet seating. 
  • Rentals are available 7 DAYS A WEEK in two time blocks – Block 1 (9:00am to 3:00pm) and Block 2 (5:00pm to 11:00pm) at $500 per block plus cleaning fee $150. 
  • Please feel free to speak to us about your unique situation and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional time may be added for an hourly rate of $125/hr. Times can be modified as needed depending on availability.

Extra Bonuses: You will have self-serve access to tables, chairs, linens and decor, all included with your rental.

LEGACY HALL
PRICING.

  • The Legacy Hall is appropriate for up to 50 people for a standing reception or auditorium seating and up to 30 people for cocktail seating. 

  • This space has limited rental availability on weekends only for $500 per block plus cleaning fee of $150. 

  • Saturday Block 2 (3:00pm to 10:00pm) 

  • Sunday Block 1 (9:00am to 3:00pm)

  • Sunday Block 2 (5:00pm to 11:00pm) 

    Additional time may be added for an hourly rate of $125/hr. Times can be modified as needed depending on availability.

OUTDOOR
PRICING.

  • Outdoor space available based on booking available.

  • Included with rental booking of Atrium or Legacy Hall, plus cost of propane ($20/Tank). 

  • Can also be booked indepenent of other venues $100/time block plus cost of propane ($20/Tank).

RENTAL
INSURANCE.

CLEANING
POLICY.

A simple process to complete when your event is complete in order to get your damage deposit back.

• Return everything in the kitchen and main room to the way it was received
• Sanitize and put away all dishes that were used
• Garbage’s
• Seating put back to original setup

We do the rest - sweep and mop, bathrooms, sanitization and all the rest.
