Both venues include access to tables, chairs, linens, and décor.  Outdoor space including access to the south facing patio, courtyard, swing and pond while the backyard comes equipped with a propane firepit, heating towers, BBQ and plenty of seating for your guests to enjoy the fresh outdoors.  The gated parking lot can accommodate up to 90 vehicles where overnight parking can be accommodated. Building access includes decorating and take down time. 

The Legacy Hall – Offers double door patio doors that can directly connect to the front yard space.  It can be utilized as a grand entrance for you guests, used as a ceremony space for a small group or a perfect setting for cocktails and lounge atmosphere. (Included is one accessible washroom.)

The Atrium – can facilitate needs of all kinds and host groups up to 150 people.  There is a reheating kitchen available and gives you the flexibility to utilize any caterer you desire.  There are three regular gender neutral washroom stalls and one accessible washroom equipped with a baby changing table.  The Atrium opens up to the main parking lot and access to the backyard. It is equipped with a AV/multimedia sound system and wifi.

Full weekend rentals include full-serve set up and take down. Single day rentals are self-serve with regards to set-up and take down. Simply return it to the condition it was received, and we will do the rest.
