Our outdoor space comes with all weddings and event rental packages. Weather allowing, your guests may also enjoy our picturesque pond with waterfall and walled lawn area. This space is the perfect area for intimate gatherings, family hang outs and special moments waterside.

Included with rental booking of Atrium or Legacy Hall, plus cost of propane ($20/Tank).
Can also be booked indepenent of other venues $100/time block plus cost of propane ($20/Tank).

A simple process to complete when your event is complete in order to get your damage deposit back.

• Return everything in the kitchen and main room to the way it was received
• Sanitize and put away all dishes that were used
• Garbage’s
• Seating put back to original setup

We do the rest - sweep and mop, bathrooms, sanitization and all the rest.
