I agree that as a vendor of any My Legacy Center 1940433 Alberta Ltd o/a The Legacy Center and Respire Coffeehouse, that I may be required to provide proof general liability insurance in the amount not less than $1,000,000 prior to any Markets or Events.

I understand my booth will be forfeited to another vendor if payment is not received within 48 hours of my application being accepted.

I understand that approved applications will receive a confirmation email sent to the email listed above with an invoice for payment. Due to the high volume of applicants, not every application will receive approval.
