What’s included:

The Atrium includes full-serve access to tables, chairs, (table) linens, and décor.  The outdoor space includes access to the south facing patio, courtyard, swing, and pond as well as a plenty of seating for your guests to enjoy the fresh outdoors.  The gated parking lot can accommodate up to 90 vehicles.

The Atrium can facilitate markets with 20 – 6ft tables (included with your rental cost) set up for vendor booths and accomodate up to 100 shoppers at a time.  There are three regular all-gender washroom stalls and one accessible washroom equipped with a baby change table.  The Atrium opens up to the main parking lot and access to the backyard. It is equipped with an AV/multimedia sound system and Wi-Fi.  There is a kitchen on site that may be available for use or Respire Coffeehouse can be reserved to offer food and beverage service for your event.

  • 1-2 meetings prior to your event to discuss design layout so we can have your space ready for your arrival with our furniture, tables, and chairs.

  • Availability: Friday 7pm and all day Saturday until an hour after midnight.
